About C & T Construction Cleaning
Who are we?
The C & T Construction Cleaning business was established in 2019. Chris and Tash (C & T) have worked prior to this on new build, tier 1 commercial and high rise appartments working their way up to become site supervisors for many years before starting their business, including Student One accommodation Adelaide Street, Jade Appartments, Pradella Gardens, Newstead Series, Ibis Pullman and Conference Centre Brisbane Airport just to name a few. When one of the clientele (Hutchinson Builders) personally requested they work for themselves and start their own business as their employment contract was near its end after cleaning all of Brisbane 1 appartments from the beginning to the end, Chris and Tash decided to take on the challenge and started their 1st contract, acid washing balcony and bathroom tiles and sparkle cleaning of the 3 towers/744 units, rooftops and pool areas prior to handover of each unit. Since that first foot in the door their business has built up quite significantly with now a mixture of 21 residential and commercial builders they work regularly for as well as multiple real estate agencies and multiple commercial properties and offices.

Coverage Area
The majority of our work is in the Ipswich and Brisbane areas but we do travel as far west as Toowoomba, south as far as Kingscliff north as far as Maroochydore and east as far as the mainland ends. Projects outside of these areas can be possible, contact for further information.
